Description
Watch is a rare early dial variant of the Seiko Lord Marvel dress watch. The Mk III Dial means that rather than an applied logo, it has a carved logo. The symbol under the Diashock 23 Jewels is the SD symbol, or "special dial", meaning that the three dimensional indexes are made of 18k gold and were hand placed. This particular piece holds another distinction as being one of the few of these dial variants housed in a solid 18k gold case, rather than the 14k gold filled case. The condition of the watch is superb. The dial is the cleanest I've ever seen without any blemishes. the 18k gold case is in extremely good condition as well, and shines extremely nicely for a watch of this age. Watch was serviced within the last year and runs really smoothly, keeping good time.
